What is CUTE?

CUTE is our fully automated interactive telephone answering service, giving you direct access to your account details and other information at any time, from anywhere. The CUTE system allows you to access information regarding your account without actually having to talk to anyone. The system is available 24 hours a day – 7 days a week.

How do you use CUTE?

Its simple! Using a touch tone phone dial the CUTE telephone number 041-685 9940, this will get you through to our automated telephone system. You will be asked for your credit union membership number (this is the account number on your passbook) and a PIN number to access the system. Please contact the credit union office for details of how to gain access to your CUTE - PIN. Then follow the step-by-step instructions below for the service you require.

Step by step instructions for calling CUTE:

  • Dial the CUTE number 041-685 9940
  • You are greeted by a message explaining the system and advising you to change your pin number. To avoid listening to this message, press the # button on your phone, this will take you to step 3
  • Enter your member account number
  • Enter your pin number
  • Carefully listen to the voice menu and follow the instructions given to obtain the information you require, e.g. press 1 for balance enquiry, 2 for loan enquiry, 4 for other services. Other services allows you to:
      • Leave a message
      • Request a statement
      • Listen to our opening hours
      • Find out general credit union information
      • Change PIN
      • ATM servi

What can I use CUTE for?

  • Balance enquiry : Check the current balance of your share, loan and SSIA account
  • Loan application tracking : Check if your loan has been approved or find out your available loan balance
  • Statement request: Using CUTE you can request a statement of your account
  • Leave a message: If you want to simply leave a message
  • Credit Union information: You can find out our opening and closing hours
  • CU Cash Card Services: If your CU Cash Card or PIN has been lost or stolen you can use CUTE to cancel the use of the card
