Is your form of Nomination up to date?
11 July, 2025As a Member, you can complete a nomination to specify the person or people you would like your Credit Union savings to be paid to in the event of your death. This is a simple, cost-free way to pass on your savings to family or friends without delay.
Why Make a Nomination? It’s easy, secure, and inexpensive.
It allows your savings (up to €27,000) to be transferred directly to your chosen nominee(s), without waiting for probate.
It gives you peace of mind knowing your wishes will be honoured.
Important Details:
You may be asked to complete a nomination form when opening your account. You can complete, change, or revoke your nomination at any time, but it must be done in writing and signed by you. A will cannot override a valid nomination. If you get married, any previous nomination is automatically revoked. If your nominee passes away before you, the nomination becomes void.Keep Your Nomination Up to Date
